The airport will welcome a new Escape Lounge to departures in spring 2025, perfect for passengers looking to kick-start their trip with something special.
The lounge operators will take over the location currently operated by Aspire, close to gate four - creating a welcoming space inspired by the city of Edinburgh and with capacity for 135 seats.
The Escape Lounge interior will take inspiration from our capital city's historical beauty and green spaces, while in-house chefs will serve freshly-prepared hot and cold dishes influenced by the Scottish capital and surrounding areas.
A curated selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks will also be available to guests.
Linsey Jordan, Head of Retail at Edinburgh Airport said:
"We know many people like to start their travels with a touch of luxury, and the arrival of the new Escape Lounge will deliver yet more top-class experiences in our terminal.
"The fact this lounge will take inspiration from our capital city is particularly special as we leave a strong lasting impression of Scotland, and bid guests farewell in the best possible way.
"We look forward to working with our partners at Escape Lounges on the success of this fantastic space when it opens in 2025.”
Kevin Shrier, Chief Experience Officer for CAVU, said:
“We’re delighted to be extending our network of Escape Lounges into Edinburgh Airport. Inspired by the region, this new lounge will allow us to provide an Escape to Remember to even more passengers flying out of this key airport through food, drinks and a locally inspired lounge space."
